Economy rules
The whole deal between the game and the players, in one page.
Published odds
Every egg tier has fixed, published hatch odds โ standard, premium and golden eggs differ in their minimum genetics, and the full rarity distribution is measurable on the rarity explorer. The odds are code, not marketing: they cannot be quietly changed per player.
Flat fees, nothing hidden
The platform takes a small flat marketplace fee on completed sales and a flat breeding fee. No listing fees, no success fees on failed hatches, no withdrawal games. Exact numbers live in the shop and breeding lab interfaces where you pay them.
Prices belong to players
We set the price of nothing a player owns. Marketplace listings are player-priced, and the market moves with supply, demand and the discovery of rare genetics. High demand for a lineage is a compliment to the breeder, not a promise to the buyer.
What the economy is not
It is not a yield scheme, a staking pool or a lottery. There is no mechanism that pays you for holding, and there never will be a mode where chickens or currency are wagered on outcomes. BROOD is a game with a trading market โ not an investment with a game attached.
